I’m assuming you’ve told her how you feel. If you haven’t, my advice to you would be to do so.
If you have and she’s made it clear that the feeling isn’t mutual or deep down you feel like that’s the case, perhaps it’s best if you two remain friends (or develop a friendship if one doesn’t already exist).
Maybe she’s ignoring you because she’s not interested in you or maybe she’s ignoring you because she wants to see just how interested you are in her and is just waiting on you to make your move. Either way, until you let her know how you feel, I don’t think you’ll really know for sure. If it turns out she’s not interested, consider it a learning experience and move on; there’s someone out there for you.
